Retail Manager – Spain
We are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Retail Manager to grow and strengthen our retail presence in Spain.
This role is initially field-focused, working closely with stores to ensure excellent execution and brand visibility, and will evolve into a leadership role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Be present in stores to drive best-in-class retail execution and brand representation.
* Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.
* Execute POSM and in-store activation plans to improve visibility and sell-out.
* Support product launches through field feedback and retail training.
* Collect and analyze retail insights to continuously optimize execution.
* Gradually build and lead a local retail team and drive long-term retail excellence.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or channel management in Spain.
* Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Willing to travel frequently within Spain.
* Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
