The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best people out there. The worker supports technical services and support functions under the guidance of technical lead engineers.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.
* Effectively communicate, and escalate if necessary, complex technical issues to a broad range of customers.
* Supervise alarms and specific events on every platform in real-time.
* Attend to consults and claims related to monitoring.
* Registry and resolution of incidents:
* Take ownership of customer issues of Tier 1 level and see problems through to resolution.
* Execute standard changes for customer requests.
* Support upper Tiers in deploying new solutions.

Fluent/native English and Spanish (written and spoken).
