Prospect and onboard new pharmacy customers, building a strong and sustainable customer base.
Conduct regular field visits and commercial follow‑ups to maximize order frequency and sell‑out performance.
Present the product portfolio and commercial conditions, adapting your approach to each pharmacy’s profile and needs.
Plan and execute weekly field activities, maintaining a healthy and well-structured sales pipeline.
Ensure high-quality CRM reporting, recording all activities, visits, calls, and opportunities with strong discipline.
Provide structured reporting on territory performance, including activity levels, results, forecasts, and potential risks.
2+ years of experience in a commercial sales-driven role, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, medical sales, or FMCG B2B.
~ A KPI- and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
~ High levels of independence, discipline, and resilience in a field-based sales role.
~ Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred).
~ Fluent in Spanish to ensure effective communication with customers and able to communicate effectively in English for collaboration with international teams.
Knowledge of the pharmacy market and understanding of sell‑in / sell‑out dynamics.
A data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and tracking business performance.
