If you love crafting logos, building brand identities, designing and selecting visuals to bring articles and features to life - this role is for you. /ppGet ready to: /pulliCreate short-form video ads and UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms. /liliTurn scripts, ideas, or rough footage into compelling video content. /liliDesign and edit visual ads that drive performance across Meta and other paid channels. /liliEnsure visual consistency across various brands while staying creative with styles and formats. /liliCollaborate with performance creatives and designers to bring data-driven ideas to life /liliMove fast, test often, and iterate based on performance insights. /liliTrack how your videos perform using metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, and improve based on insights. /li /ulpWe expect you to: /pulliUnderstand what makes content convert, and be comfortable working with basic performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) /liliBe skilled in video editing tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects (a big plus). /liliHave experience creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads. /liliBe comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics, or animation snippets. /liliBe familiar with Photoshop and Figma for visual and ad asset support. /liliEmbrace feedback, experiment with new formats, and stay up to date with creative trends. /liliBe open to using AI tools as part of your workflow. /liliManage your time and projects independently, with a proactive, organized approach. /liliCommunicate clearly in English. /li /ulpSalary /ppThe monthly salary is between 1,400–2,500 EUR before taxes (gross), paid 12 times per year. /pp*Salary is negotiable depending on experience. /ppAdditional note: /ppAll interviews will be conducted in English. /ppLocation /ppThe job location is in Barcelona, Spain. /p
