**Description**:
The **Payroll Advisor Germany **provides HR administration services to Corteva employees in a German.
The person holding this position will handle the preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs for the Germany in cooperation with our Payroll providers.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Maintain daily Payroll administration as required by company and german regulations.
- Preparation and processing of monthly Payroll runs.
- Provides assistance to employees with Payroll related inquiries.
- Manages Payroll vendors and ensures that HR activities are performed according to operational calendars.
- Year-end activities as required, related to local and international Payroll.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
- Driving and facilitating interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions)

**Qualifications**:** Qualifications**
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technologies, or other related fields required. Master's degree is preferred.
**Language skills**
Proficiency in English plus German is a must.
**Other**
- At least +1 year of experience processing Germany Payroll activities
- Previous working experience in HR areas is a must.
- Payroll Systems /Workday/ServiceNow knowledge is required.
- Good command of Office tools, especially Excel.
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a very fast paced, deadline oriented, and rapidly changing business environment.
- Attentive to detail with special focus on accuracy and timeliness. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
