We’re looking for a dynamic Employer Brand Lead to define, shape, and elevate how talent and employees experience our brand. This is a unique opportunity to own the employer branding strategy end-to-end — from recruitment marketing to employee engagement — ensuring our EVP comes alive across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategy: Lead our employer brand vision, aligning it with business and talent priorities.
* Elevate the candidate journey: Partner with recruiters to refresh job ads, career site content, and campaigns that attract the right talent.
* Create powerful content: Lead storytelling across videos, blogs, and social media, showcasing culture, values, and employee voices.
* Boost digital presence: Own our career platforms, websites, and employer profiles, ensuring they’re optimized, engaging, and always on brand.
* Activate EVP internally: Partner with HR to embed our EVP in onboarding, recognition, communications, and cultural programs.
* Lead & collaborate: Manage a Social Media Manager and Advertising Specialist while working closely with recruiters, HR, and creative teams.
* Measure & improve: Report on campaign performance, brand visibility, and engagement — always optimizing for impact.
What you bring
* Solid experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications.
* Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a knack for turning EVP into compelling stories.
* Hands-on campaign execution and content production experience.
* Digital expertise — from SEO to social platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Stack Overflow.
* Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A collaborative spirit with the creativity to bring fresh, bold ideas.
