Join us!- Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products: - _- Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions; - _- Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System; - _- Initiate VRF (ValeoRequirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic _- protocols; - _- Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging; - _- Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols; - _- Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows; - _- Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System; - _- Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process - _- Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up...); - _- Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager; - _- Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP); - _- Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments; _- _Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO): - _- Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams; - _- Lead supply chain to support P0 projects. _- _Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors: - _- Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage; - _- Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & _- Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics _- Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI...); - _- Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews); - _- and ISO 14001 requirements. _- Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out: - _- Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs; - _- Validate close orders quantity and supply process; - _- Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP); - _- Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks. _YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Engineering school or equivalent**Come to Valeo and discover our benefits!
