Job Description:
Our client is a mid-sized insurance firm with an impressive global footprint. With a workforce of over 5000 individuals, they have a strong presence in the insurance industry and are renowned for their commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule interviews for candidates across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
* Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers, coordinating all logistics including interview location, room bookings, and calendar invitations.
* Provide updates and communicate to candidates regularly via email or phone regarding their interview status as needed.
* Keep the recruiters informed of progress with interview scheduling.
* Build relationships with prospective candidates and request and share interview feedback.
* Act as a liaison between our Technology Services and the Talent Acquisition teams.
* Prepare and draft offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with recruiter in Workday.
* Manage onboarding process for new hires in Workday, the application tracking system.
* Manage the process from the time a candidate has accepted an offer to their first day, including initiating background checks, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed, and managing employment eligibility verification.
* Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks required by the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
* High level of English is a must.
* Proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or HR Coordinator role.
* Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday is strongly preferred.
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
* Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
