As a Representative Agent, you will welcome and assist the customer during their holidays, offering them a marvellous experience in Costa Brava. The ideal candidate will also solve any queries they might have, being able to help them make the most out of their holidays.
The main responsibilities are:
* Offer our excursions and other services to the customers.
* Establish and maintain relationships with local hoteliers and providers.
* Support our customers with their issues or queries.
* Assist customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel.
* Report any changes or inconsistencies found to our main office.
Requirements:
* Minimum experience of one year in a similar position or a degree in tourism.
* Customer service oriented.
* Good communication skills.
* Hold a driving license cat. B.
* Advanced level of French and English is necessary.
* Be familiar with standard office applications.
* Flexible working schedule.
