Our client is a fast-growng HR Tech SaaS scale-up on an exciting international expansion journey. We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.
What we’re looking for :
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
Proven experience leading M&A; transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration).
Experience negotiating and managing debt financing.
Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds.
Fluent English (C1+) ;
additional languages are a plus.
Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude.
What you’ll do :
Define and drive the company’s financial strategy.
Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Identify and execute M&A; opportunities to support inorganic growth.
Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions.
Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
