Train Control & Information System Engineer ?Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your welding expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You will define the architecture and functionalities of a TC&IS subsystem (PACIS, CCTV, Multimedia, Event recorder, Train Ground Communication, ATC / Safety equipment) in compliance with the different requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, engineering), ensure the integration of the systems into the train, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of
Performing control engineering activities for one or several functions from architecture to detailed specification, interface, and diagrams.Delivering subsystem documentation (Requirement Specification and Architecture Description RSAD, Technical Purchase Specification TPS, Interface Control Document ICD).Defining and implementing the functional, performance, transverse, and train level requirements of the dedicated subsystem.Integrating the subsystem into the train (mechanically and electrically).Defining the Interface (mechanical and electrical) for the dedicated subsystem.Formulating a Low voltage and SW control design solution that fulfills the customer’s needs.Delivering all TC & IS Engineering outputs including Functional Design Description FDD, Electrical Schemes, Electrical Products definition, in compliance with quality, cost, and schedule commitments.Verifying the subsystem (train level) including design reviews.Managing changes and configuration processes at the train level.Controlling changes post-design and conducting impact analysis.Planning and following up all activities linked to the subsystem.Providing inputs to engineering teams, sourcing, suppliers, or PUs.Supporting train integration as needed.Contributing to the return of experience in your domain.All about you

Experienced engineer (3+ years in rail subsystem engineering).Understanding of system engineering process and methodology (e.G., SysML).Experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, or automation engineering (1-2 years minimum).Knowledge of network topologies and interfaces (Serial, Ethernet, MVB).Strong communication skills.Things you’ll enjoy
