Keonn, part of Novanta, is a fast‑growing RFID hardware and software business serving retail, healthcare, logistics, and industrial markets. As Keonn scales within a publicly traded global group, we are looking for a Business Controller to act as the key finance partner to the local leadership team.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who enjoys working close to the business, translating commercial activity into financial insight, and helping build robust financial processes in a growing, technology‑driven environment.
What you’ll do
* Act as the embedded finance business partner for Keonn leadership.
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the business unit.
* Partner closely with Sales to translate pipeline and bookings into forward‑looking revenue forecasts.
* Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments, and performance vs. targets.
* Support monthly accounting close in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
* Build integrated P&L; and balance sheet forecasts and support AOP and quarterly reviews.
* Deliver clear financial insights to support decision‑making and growth.
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting.
* Solid understanding of accounting close processes.
* Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in an evolving, growth‑stage environment.
* Background in technology, hardware, or manufacturing is preferred.
* Fluent English/Catalan required.
