About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior NOC Technician with deep expertise in managing and supporting Outside Plant (PExt) and Customer Private Networks (CPN). Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor Fibernet networks at customer sites to ensure optimal performance. Manage and troubleshoot network alarms, incidents, and service complaints, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with First Line Maintenance (FLM) teams. Analyse network topology and circuit paths, identify dark fibres, and conduct detailed diagnostics to trace customer circuits. Produce detailed technical reports and monitoring logs to track service performance and incidents. Coordinate with FLM providers and maintain continuous communication with clients and the CGP to uphold high service standards and response times. What You Bring: 7–10 years of experience in NOC operations, particularly with Outside Plant and Customer Private Networks in multi-client enterprise environments. Strong hands-on knowledge of pressurised copper, fibre optics, junction boxes, and CTOs. In-depth understanding of Fibernet equipment and its deployment in business services. Skilled in alarm analysis, fault diagnostics, and appropriate escalation processes. Tools & Platforms: Alarm and ticketing systems: iGRI, MAR/Genesys, SSFO Network supervision: Fibernet platforms Documentation and inventory: GeneXus, junction maps, fibre optic plans Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint for monitoring, reporting, and communication Languages: Spanish – Native or fluent (required) English – Working knowledge (a plus)
