Role & responsibilities: Collaborating daily with our Paid Media agency, your main tasks will be: Plan & overview digital marketing campaigns, including Paid search (SEA), Paid social, Display, Remarketing and other advertising channels. Analyse and report performance of these campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience & conversion funnels. Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. Analyse results on Creativity performance and set the right actions for CTR optimization. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Work closely with the Sales team to optimize campaigns and to achieve sales objectives. Requirements: Bachelor´s degree or master’s degree in marketing or a related field. Around 3 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Demonstrable experience on Paid Media, Creativities performance. Good experience in identifying target audiences and creating right CTAs to push on performance. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel. Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
