Your responsibilities:
Define and execute operational roadmaps for promotions and incentives
Own program metrics and lead performance reviews with leadership
Ensure quality and compliance with SOPs across all campaigns
Provide operational support, monitor campaign health, and resolve incidents
Drive product adoption through enablement, training, and onboarding
Detect and remediate risks using SQL and scripting for root cause analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across teams
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and BI platforms
Excellent project management and communication skills
Experience with promotional strategies and incentive programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
Familiarity with B2B platforms is a plus
Knowledge of automation, machine learning, or Six Sigma is a bonus
