Scope of the Role This role sits at the intersection of execution and impact. You will:
Lead the day-to-day delivery of one of Qida's most strategic, high-visibility projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Translate strategic goals into actionable workplans and timelines, and ensure flawless execution through clear structure, governance, and follow-up.
Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, including public administrations, technical teams, partners, and leadership, with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
Prepare and lead demos, pilots, and presentations to institutions and partners. Help convince and align key decision-makers around our value proposition.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, decks, documentation, and materials that support business development and public sector collaboration.
Support implementation in the field, working closely with teams to provide training, resolve blockers, and help drive adoption of new processes or tools.
Proactively manage risks, anticipate blockers, and maintain momentum even in complex or uncertain environments
Act as the connection point between teams, ensuring communication flows, decisions are tracked, milestones are delivered, and alignment is maintained.
This is an individual contributor role with high exposure, autonomy, and ownership.
