Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Italian‑Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prominent web shop based in Greece. This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian‑speaking customers, assisting them with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond professionally to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status
* Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
* Work collaboratively with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
* Stay updated on product catalog, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information
* Provide feedback to management to improve customer service operations and overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e‑commerce or web shop environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
* Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
* Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
