Position Overview
Become a key player in the Finance Spain team, supporting regulatory and risk reporting activities at the heart of the bank’s performance and compliance strategy. You’ll work closely with local regulators and internal stakeholders, contributing to the analysis of financial and non-financial risks across DB Spain portfolios. The team is composed of top-tier professionals and offers a dynamic, collaborative, and friendly environment.
Responsibilities
* Analyze DB Spain portfolios to assess financial and non-financial risks. Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiency.
* Prepare and deliver regulatory reports in line with local requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance.
* Develop and maintain SAS programs to manage large datasets and automate reporting.
* Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Portfolio Management teams to support strategic decisions.
* Respond to audit and regulator inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Skills / Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
* Experience in regulatory or risk reporting within banking or financial services. Solid understanding of Spanish regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
* Strong programming skills in SAS; experience with large datasets is essential. High knowledge of Excel, mainly in macros development.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, proactive mindset.
