- Financial Business Controlling of Gurit Falces 
**Descripción** 
- Support Site Manager’s driving financial performance of Gurit Falces. 
- Responsible for cost controlling and variance analysis across the value chain (such as manufacturing orders, sales orders, efficiencies, resource utilization). 
- Responsible for product costing and annual standard costing process (BOM, routes, cost allocation) 
- Responsible for inventory analysis, inventory closing and profitability studies. 
- Responsible for analysing cost and facilitating continuous improvements, cost out measures and Capex management. 
- Responsible for KIT Cost tracking (Item cost tracking). 
- Support local Management team on costing, profitability and business cases. 
- Ad-hoc support to the accountable Shared Service Finance (SSC) on 1) accounting process, 2) month closing process (such as revenue recognition, expense accruals etc.), 3) month closing performance report (e.g. comments on variances and profitability). 
- Ad-hoc support to BU Controlling and SSC on budget and forecast processes ensuring coherence between volumes, cost, resources and expenses. 
- Ad-hoc support to SSC in communication with public authorities, auditors, credit insurers etc. 
- Close cooperation with BU Controlling 
**Responsabilidades principales** 
- Organization: Drive and develop a process 
- and system driven mind-set in the organization to ensure accurate and timely record keeping such as processing of purchase orders, manufacturing orders, inventory records and sales orders. 
- Driving Financial performance: Provide transparent product costing and profitability studies. Manage cost controlling throughout value chain. Perform standard costing and KIT Cost tracking. 
- Cost accounting: Ensure adequate allocation of costs to cost centres and cost objects. 
- Investment controlling: Transparent pre 
- and post-calculation, solid CAPEX spending monitoring 
- Net working capital: Thorough inventory management 
- Monthly reporting: Ad-hoc support to shared service finance on accounting processes, month closing process (such as revenue recognition and expense accruals). 
- Forecasts, Budget: Ad-hoc support to BU Controlling on sales forecasting and budgets 
- ERP Development: Key User Finance within supply chain and operations areas. 
**Competencias y experiência** 
- Professional skills: 
- Strong Controlling skills in a manufacturing environment 
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and ERP (D365) know-how 
Working experience: 
- 2+ years of experience as Business Controller in a manufacturing company 
- Experienced standard costing, cost controlling and monthly inventory closing procedures. 
- Manufacturing environment work experience 
Leadership skills: 
- Able to review, support and develop an organization and to act as a mentor 
- Self-confidence with ability to advocate an independent point of view 
- Maturity to build and sustain effective working relationships at all levels 
- Team player who involves, delegate and shows appreciation 
Eduication: 
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in finance/business management or equivalent 
- Certified accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
