Want to help Earth’s most customer-centric company design, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies to improve the customer experience and protect Amazon’s brand?
In this role, you will work closely with Amazon's Last Mile transportation businesses to plan, scope, and execute financial reviews to assess carrier financial performance against expectations. You will apply finance and accounting concepts to new and existing business models, communicate findings to carrier partners, and report review results internally in a timely manner. You will provide carriers with consultative support to classify expense transactions accurately. Collaboration with business, legal, finance, tech, and HR teams will be essential to implement customer-centric financial review solutions and process improvements.
This position requires periodic travel.

1. Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data, perform financial analysis, ad-hoc deep dives, and create reports from various data sources.
2. Use data to solve problems and drive decisions.
3. Monitor and drive projects to completion on schedule.

5. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
A day in the life
Financial Review Managers engage with Carrier Partners, plan, execute, and report on financial outcomes. They provide support to classify expense transactions accurately and collaborate with various teams to implement review solutions and improvements. They work effectively both remotely and within team environments.
About the team
Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) manages risks across Amazon’s transportation operations in 16 regions, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual standards, and improving safety and business growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience working with stakeholders
* Proficiency in Excel
* Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish AND Italian
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Professional auditing or risk/compliance credentials
* Experience with SQL
* Data-driven program requirements and metrics experience
* Handling confidential information
* Project or program management experience
* Knowledge of PowerBI and Alteryx is a plus
