Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Manager, Policy & Compliance to support the growth of our Regulatory Affairs team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of compliance, digital assets, and policy. The role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, or policy who is looking to deepen their expertise in crypto compliance and contribute to meaningful engagement with institutional clients and policy stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Client & Partner Coordination:
Manage ongoing relationships with policy, compliance, and regulatory partners; track deliverables, follow up on action points, and support communication flow.
* Material Review & Preparation:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and polishing decks, memos, reports, and compliance-related publications for external distribution or internal use.
* Meeting & Event Support:
Coordinate logistics and agendas for policy-related meetings, webinars, and roundtables; ensure follow-ups and documentation are completed in a timely and professional manner.
* Internal Liaison:
Support collaboration across internal teams including Product, Research, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on compliance messaging, client materials, and policy updates.
* Content Management:
Help maintain the library of policy and compliance resources, templates, and market intelligence to support thought leadership and outreach.
* Light Research Tasks:
Conduct background research on regulatory developments, crypto compliance trends, or institutional frameworks to inform client engagements and briefings.
* Operational & Reporting Support:
Contribute to progress tracking, reporting KPIs and engagement milestones for the Regulatory Affairs team.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or public policy (preferably in a fintech, crypto, consulting, or financial services context).
* Familiarity with crypto-related compliance topics (e.g. AML/CFT, VASP supervision, investigations) is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit professional content for regulators and clients.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
* Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Google product suite, Slack, Confluence, CRMs is a plus.
* A growth mindset and willingness to learn about blockchain analytics and global policy developments.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
