Location: Zellik | Sector: Logistics & Supply Chain | Languages: Dutch & English (French is a plus)
Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for customer success and strategic account growth? As an Account Manager at GXO Logistics Zellik, you'll be the trusted link between our operations and our valued customers. You’ll manage key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with our Business Units to ensure seamless service delivery in a complex and fast-moving logistics environment.
Note: for this role we need someone from a groceries warehousing environment, ideally experience in dealing with a frozen food site.
Your Role: Make a Real Impact
* Collaborate with Business Units to conduct SWOT analyses and develop strategic account plans with clear objectives and timelines.
* Lead and support QBRs, SBRs, and MBRs to review performance, address challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Monitor and track KPIs to assess account health, working closely with BUs to address deviations and drive performance.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and customer experiences.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, delivering innovative and value-added solutions.
* Organize and participate in quarterly account meetings and customer events to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
* Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
* Provide support to Business Units for required communication during the renewal process and other commercial-related topics.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective communication with Business Units and stakeholders.
* Represent GXO’s values and policies, contribute to a culture of safety and development, and support environmental responsibility.
What you Bring
* Proven experience in strategic account management or strong customer relations within a warehousing groceries environment.
* Ideally previous experience of leading a frozen food site.
* History of managing multiple large/smalls accounts with a consultative and proactive approach.
* Experience in preparing and leading Negotiations, MBRs, QBRs, and SBRs.
* A calm, solution-driven mindset with a clear focus on continuous improvement.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong asset).
* A valid driver’s license – you’ll need to be mobile.
