Oliver Wyman is now looking for an experienced Talent Manager (Resource Manager) to join our team in Madrid.
Oliver Wyman operates a hybrid working policy, and this role will require the successful individual to be in the Madrid office 60% of the time.
About the Role :
The Talent Management team is responsible for the optimal mobilization of consultants across external client projects, considering the commercial needs of the business and the individual needs of the consultants.
As SEE&I Talent Manager, you will be responsible for staffing and all talent management initiatives for a pool of consultants in the Athens office, supporting the Private Capital Industry.
This Talent Manager will be part of the SEE&I Talent Management team, working closely with the broader European Talent Management team and local/european Partners.
What the role involves :
Talent Management (resource management) for Athens-based consultants, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Staffing of Consultants onto external client projects, balancing project requirements, development objectives, and personal preferences.
Overseeing local utilization to limit trapped capacity.
Managing 40-60 consultants, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Managing Mid-Year and Year-End performance review processes.
Serving as a trusted advisor for consultants on work-related issues such as career development, work-life balance, or conflict resolution.
Collaborating with Human Capital functions on training, performance management, and recruiting.
Working on project-based initiatives.
Who we’re looking for :
An experienced Talent Manager (Resource Manager) with professional development and staffing experience, ideally from a management consultancy, Big 4, or professional services firm.
Fluency in English is essential;
Greek language skills are highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures.
A proactive, high-performing multi-tasker who takes ownership of their work and manages details effectively.
A team player who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
