Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within deadlines and budgets. Your role includes coordinating internal and external teams and managing communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide organizational support to the Unit head.
Your key responsibilities for the development of Iberinform applications include:
* Planning and defining the scope of IT projects
* Developing and managing project schedules
* Coordinating and supervising project team activities
* Identifying and managing project risks and issues
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Communicating project progress to stakeholders
* Managing changes in scope, schedule, and budget
* Conducting post-project evaluations and documenting lessons learned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Required qualifications:
* A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar, plus equivalent experience
* At least 3 years of proven experience in IT project management
* Experience with project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Trello, MS Project)
* Knowledge of software development and emerging technologies
* High proficiency in English (C1 level)

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
