Read on.Position Summary.Maximize sales and profits by ensuring adequate assortment and prices for the Dropship channel. Key functions include in-season inventory management, merchandise management, and surplus management. This role is crucial for aligning all product-related initiatives during the season.Responsibilities.Define assortments by dropship segmentation and review seasonal initiatives by dropship (provided by the online accounts team).Define product activations for dropships following the GTM calendar and/or seasonal flows. Review and complete integral GTM collections for the different accountsControl Dropship product activations to ensure the profitability of the entire channel.Track sales on dropships/OA by sales line, product type, option, and key account (TOP 5).Follow up on all commercial actions to assess their market impact.Define the product budget for dropships together with OA team by product group, type of product, main categories and lines.Evaluate sales on dropships to propose initiatives that increase sales and optimize conversion.Influence digital marketing actions if necessary to meet the budget.Apply Mark down policies to assure the profitability of the accounts and available stock.Holistic approach to five main key accounts, mainly Zalando & Amazon.Define the assortment strategy and deliveries for each fulfillment model (Europe).
