The graduate will be in charge of assisting the marketing team on the development of the future product development projects and marketing plans for the brand.What you'll get to do Support Manager across all stages of the product development process from market and data analysis to concept creation for new launches (moodboards, concept research, naming, coffret packaging, retail and design ideas)Assist in coordinating the creation of all supporting materials to ensure timely, successful launches in collaboration with internal teams and departmentsPrepare and design marketing presentations for key business meetings, ensuring high-quality, visually consistent materials that reflect brand identityCraft detailed design briefs for creative partners, packaging design, artwork execution, renders, and mockup creationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Shopping Experience, PR & Communication, Media & E-Tailing, Operation, Operacional etc.) to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and campaignsProvide cross-category support for the marketing team through back-office coordination: managing samples for photoshoots, events, and major presentations, as well as overseeing product inventory and orders to ensure full availabilityWe'd love to meet you if you have You are passionate & creative candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English. You have special sensibility mixed with strong organisational skills. You have this sensitivity to Fashion and beauty industry, and you are someone versátil and reactive.Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the programExperience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice)Education: University Degree or master’s in art, Design, Business School, Communications or Marketing.Languages: Spanish & English mandatory.We welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
