📞 What you’ll do
As part of the Odido Service & Tech project, you’ll:
* Support customers with mobile and home services (SIM, internet, TV setup).
* Solve technical issues efficiently.
* Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.
💼 What we offer you
* Competitive salary: €2,040 gross/month (full-time)
* Bonus: up to 15% of your monthly salary
* Permanent contract with 2-month probation
* 39 hours/week, Monday–Saturday shifts
* Hybrid work option after the first 3 months (upon approval)

* Native-level Dutch (C2) + strong English (C1)
* Excellent communication & customer-oriented mindset

* Availability: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–17:30
