Compensaciones / Incentivos • Provide expert input to electrification initiatives for terminal equipment • Define requirements for energy‑optimized electrical infrastructure solutions • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend energy‑efficient infrastructure options • Develop technical specifications aligned with functional requirements • Prepare documentation and scope for RFPs; guide consultants in detailed design • Participate in tender evaluations and ensure integrated engineering delivery • Lead/assist design reviews and maintain risk registers • Collaborate cross‑functionally as SME on electrical infrastructure and energy optimization
Responsabilidades • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure (HV/LV, power distribution) • Strong electrical & MEP engineering background; port/terminal experience a plus • Experience in Contract Management (FIDIC) and/or Project Management is advantageous • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Well‑versed in WBS, estimating, planning, EV‑management • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑complexity projects • High discipline, documentation focus, and quality awareness • Comfortable working in multicultural environments
