Responsibilities
* Collection, processing, and analysis of sales and inventory data, with the goal of identifying trends, forecasting future demand, and detecting risks of overstock or stockouts. Proposal of corrective actions based on these analyses. Evaluation of the performance of specific actions and preparation of reports on sales, stock, coverage, etc.
* Monitoring of the pricing structure by category and adjustment when necessary.
* Preparation and monitoring of the purchasing budget by category, park, and season, with periodic adjustments based on the evolution of sales and available inventory.
* Control of budget consumption, with proposals for redistribution between categories when necessary to optimize the budget and ensure product availability.
* Management of purchase volumes, both for replenishment items and new products, based on sales history and estimated available stock.
* Definition of the annual write off proposal by park, based on inventory analysis (purchase timing, product characteristics, and product turnover).
