About the Role
We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a dynamic international team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch
* Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions
* Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
* Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
* Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions
* Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed
* Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
What You Get Contract
* Permanent contract from day one
* 35 hours per week (with option to increase up to 40 hours)
Salary
* Base salary: €1,500/month
* Dutch language bonus: €4/hour
* Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
* Average total: €1,850 – €2,100/month
Relocation Package
* Flight (or train if already in Spain)
* 25 days of accommodation on arrival
€1,500 relocation bonus:
* €1,000 with first salary
* €500 with second salary
Work Schedule
* Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
* 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off
* Schedules shared in advance
* Option to swap shifts with teammates

Requirements
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
* Good command of English
