Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.
Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
Support day-to-day operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
Assist in onboarding and training Production Partners.
Experience:
Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles in the IT sector.
Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience working in SCRUM environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
