Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective clients in Spain and Portugal regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
* Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate account forecasts and keep CRM and other databases updated.
* Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products as top choices in the residential sector.
* Plan and participate in client events, address customer requests, and conduct on-site visits to assess installations.
* Highlight the features and benefits of our products to meet customer needs and build strong partnerships.
* Propose innovative solutions to meet client requirements and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Experience managing complex contractual negotiations in the PV sector.
* Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both verbal and written.
