Based within the Service Area Network Design and Optimization (SA NDO), Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries. You will work at the forefront of technology (5G, ML / AI, Cloud-RAN) and be involved in projects with diverse customers worldwide. In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in Network Design and Optimization.What you will do :
Deliver services and support presales in NDO.Guide discussions with customers, understanding their requirements.Propose solutions, develop and present technical proposals.Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.Provide suggestions to Product Management for service improvements.Manage customer expectations and ensure timely, within-scope, and within-cost implementation of solutions.You will bring :
A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or IT.Minimum 10 years of relevant ICT industry experience, including service delivery and pre-sales.Expertise in areas like 5G, ML & AI applied to NDO services, Cloud-RAN.End-to-end knowledge of services across devices, RAN, Transport, and Packet Core domains.Deep technical knowledge in RAN and data analytics.Ability to understand customer business objectives and link them to network performance improvements.Strong communication skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.Additional Requirements :
Ability to develop others and share knowledge.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in challenging circumstances.Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.Knowledge of Ericsson equipment and radio network features is an advantage.Location :
