In this role, you will manage regional logistics across multiple sites, aligning transportation and 3PL/4PL services with Flowserve’s global logistics strategy. You’ll build strong provider partnerships to optimize the network and improve the order-to-delivery experience. You’ll support onboarding of providers after sourcing events and drive initiatives that boost productivity, performance, and service levels. You will analyze large data sets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and informed decisions. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to contribute to global logistics maturity.

• Oversee international and domestic transport and 3PL/4PL services to meet site expectations using the Logistics Data Repository
• Implement processes per global logistics vision to achieve performance targets
• Promote adherence to logistics policies and provide training on them
• Conduct training on logistics requirements (PM, process improvement, negotiation, sourcing, metrics, incoterms, lost profit, revenue performance)
• Collaborate in sourcing events from needs analysis to provider onboarding (data collection, RFQ, analysis, selection, implementation)
• Manage escalation to resolve logistics issues impacting site performance
• Contribute to global supply chain maturity and foster cross-functional relationships
• Work with site teams to reduce lost opportunity spend via AVL and updated routing guides
• Monitor weekly carrier invoices and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain site contact lists for logistics, supply chain, and finance
• Track logistics-related cost savings initiatives
• Participate in carrier business reviews and RFQ consultations
• Lead cross-functional corrective actions for internal and external logistics issues
• Promote Flowserve’s safety and integrity culture
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in logistics or similar operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of international import/export guidelines, Incoterms, and Global Air/Ocean markets
• Understanding of Flowserve Freight Pay data repository
• Ability to calculate performance and spend, including variance and root-cause analysis
• xpzdshu Familiarity with Flowserve approved freight vendor list and site compliance/financial impact
• Proficiency with Global Logistics tools: Project44, Blue Yonder, ProShip, Expense Allocate, Vendor Payment Inquiry, Freight Rater
• Understanding of carrier KPIs/metrics and ability to present results
• Experience with analytical/BI tools (Tableau)
• Project management and implementation skills
• Market knowledge of logistics trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and produce concise reports
• Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Fluent in English
