Your Tasks
* provide support through phone for enquiries about products, the shop website, the ordering process and shipment tracking
* guiding customers through the ordering process
* competent and conclusive handling of customer enquiries
* ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting the client's quality requirements
Your Profile
* good in speaking Dutch, German and English
* good working knowledge of MS Office
* strong communication skills and service mentality
* sales or telemarketing experience preferable
* high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
