WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Technical Solution Lead in XVA, you will work closely within the CVA Product Team and XVA Quants Team.
Your objective will be to manage the technical developments that support XVA''s calculation and provisioning engines (CVA, DVA, FVA), for the calculation of metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy of valuations, as well as involvement in regulatory projects related to Regulatory Capital.
You will proceed with the development, certification and productive release.
You will need to make decisions regarding the evolution of the technical solution (involving hardware and software), taking into account business needs, IT requirements, and model evolution.
We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
* Coordinate teams and organize work according to best practices and values to meet client needs.
* Provide support to teams with clear criteria and determination.
* Identify training, upskilling, or re profiling needs to maintain technical competencies.
* Facilitate the effectiveness and continuous improvement of team processes.
* Perform gap analysis from user needs to development solutions.
* Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, each at different phases and with diverse actors and technologies, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met.
Experience
* Several years of experience in the IT field.
* Several years of experience in Markets.
Education
* IT/STEM Degree or Masters degree.
