AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
Support the development of supplier quality management processes, systems, and policies in line with corporate guidelines. Ensure implementation and compliance across both European and local site levels. Contribute to the annual review of material and supplier risk assessments. Deliver systems training to QA teams at site level. Manage supplier approval and auditing processes. Plan, prepare, and conduct supplier audits. Oversee follow-up on supplier action plans (corrective actions are implemented). Work with Factory QA Teams and Procurement to drive supplier improvement. Address poor audit results with suppliers and define improvement actions. Implement and manage supplier performance evaluation tools at EU level. Promote and monitor RCA execution and lead supplier quality projects. Manage European monthly reporting and annual consolidation reports to support supplier improvement initiatives. To be the main person responsible for the approval and management of the businesses pool of Comanufacturing partners and work closely with both suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth launch of new products. Provide expertise during crisis situations Collaborating with C&D and Regulatory Affairs Support local quality teams with supplier complaint escalation Support local QA teams with GFSI, customer and regulatory audits when supplier approval information is called upon.
Requirements:
University degree in scientific discipline Strong understanding of EU food legislation. HACCP and Food Safety (Advanced) Lead auditor Qualified 3+ years in food manufacturing, with good understanding of relevant standards (GFSI). 3+ years leading food safety and quality audits. Strong IT, data analysis and reporting skills – with a strong attention to detail. High-level influencing and teamwork abilities. Strong organization skills and confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Happy to travel throughout Europe to attend audits and meetings, in line with business requirements. Fluent in English (essential).
