We are looking for a Global Head of Manufacturing Quality & Food Safety, who will report to the QFSER Director. In this role, you will be responsible for Quality & Food Safety across our manufacturing sites and will act as the catalyst for the impeccable execution of our global standards at the gemba (the point of manufacture). Your goal will be to elevate both the technical and cultural standards of our plants, ensuring that Quality & Food Safety acts as a strategic enabler of growth and innovation through close interdependence with our Operations teams.Implementation Leadership (Hands-on): Provide direct, on-site support to manufacturing teams to ensure the robust deployment of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, translating high-level standards into daily operational excellence.Process & Quality Mastery: Lead the standardization of critical processes across all manufacturing sites, ensuring technical knowledge is effectively transferred to line teams to eliminate variability and defects.Quality Culture in Action: Act as a primary change agent to deploy our "Culture in Action" pillar, empowering Shift Leads and operators to take full ownership of quality at every stage of the production process.Spearhead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies for technical deviations, ensuring that solutions are definitive, practical, and scalable across our manufacturing network.Design and execute shop-floor technical training programs to upskill QFS and Production teams, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and technical mastery.Streamline and manage the internal audit system to ensure it serves as a tool for continuous industrial improvement rather than a mere compliance exercise.Master's degree highly valued.~7+ years of experience leading Quality & Food Safety management within high-speed industrial manufacturing environments.~ Experience in food Industry.~ A strong "floor-first" orientation with a proven ability to influence and drive results in complex manufacturing settings.~ Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools (RCA, Daily Management Systems).~ Advanced level of English (C1), with the ability to lead projects in an international, multicultural environment.
