You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
* planning, coordinating, and organizing various on-site and online trade shows, as well as company-hosted events within a B2B/SaaS environment
* the preparation, coordination and execution of bookings
* liaising with event organizers, venues, and event partners
* organising event booths
* providing briefings to the sales team
* collaborating with the Content Manager, Digital Campaign Manager, and Graphic Designer to create content and promoting materials
* coordinating pre- and post-event communications with the Marketing and Sales teams
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
* outstanding communication skills in German and fluent English; Spanish is a huge plus
* proven experience in event management and event marketing
* strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and project-oriented approach
* enthusiastic about working independently within an international team
* project management experience is a plus
* keen interest in taking ownership and proactively contributing ideas
* meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness
* passionate about event management
