* Build and maintain travel risk policies, briefings, and approval workflows
* Manage relationships with travel risk vendors (security, medical, evacuation)
* Coordinate response to traveller incidents, including medical and security events
* Run training and pre-trip briefings for travellers heading to higher-risk destinations
* Partner with travel, security, and HR teams on integrated traveller safety
Required Skills and Qualifications - 4+ years in travel risk, corporate security, or related operational roles
* Strong knowledge of geopolitical, security, and health risk frameworks
* Familiarity with travel risk platforms (International SOS, Crisis24, World Aware)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Calm, structured approach under pressure
* Comfort coordinating across time zones during incidents
