We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for managing and growing client relationships. You’ll play a key role in working with our main accounts and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with Zenova’s key client accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and consistent communication.
* Identify growth and improvement opportunities within existing accounts.
* Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Analyze client usage of the platform and propose actions to improve their experience.
* Oversee the correct implementation of contracted services.
* Handle client issues, requests, and incidents in an efficient and proactive manner.
Reports to:
Customer Success Manager
Performance review: Semiannual, based on objectives
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
* Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have:
* Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate Tech.
* Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Previous experience in startups or scale-ups.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting.
