Ph3Role Purpose Statement /h3pReporting to the Bunge S.A. controller, this job incumbent performs controlling, compliance function and provides support to the controlling team. The function required knowledge of general accounting methods, principles and practices (both US GAAP and Swiss Accounting principles). /ph3Main Accountabilities /h3pbBunge Integral Market entities: /b /pulliControl monthly financial statements and quarterly reporting packages for Bunge Integral Market entities. This ensures the accuracy of the USGAAP reporting of the entities in scope for consolidation purposes. /liliDevelop and maintain systems and tools in the financial control area, in liaison with SAP team and OS consolidation control. /liliWork with middle-office and back-office teams to ensure that business needs for trading control are appropriately factored into SAP (i.e. MTM results, brokers reconciliations, FX management). /liliCoordinate with Finance Partners the forecasts and business plan for the entities. /li /ulpbBunge SA legal entity: /b /pulliResponsible for the preparation of annual Swiss Statutory Financial Statements and manage relation with external auditors. /liliContribute to the integrity of Bunge S.A. financials on quarterly and annual basis and filing the same with local tax and regulatory authorities. /liliSupport HQ Controller and Tax Team on specific projects with ad-hoc analysis (i.e. investments valuation, Transfer Pricing documentation). /liliManage fixed assets register, including CWIP analysis, additions, and deletions. /liliPerform Monthly Intercompany reviews, Manage budgets allocations and SGA for Bunge SA. /liliSupport any activities coming into Bunge SA as part of the growing Geneva Commercial and IP hub. /liliProvide management oversight for general accounting area/function and partner with Finance Transformation for the implementation and deployment of financial, reporting and planning digital tools. /li /ulh3Knowledge, Skills Experience /h3ulliUniversity degree in accounting, finance or related field level with economic focus or equivalent experience. /lili10+ years’ experience in middle to large accounting department in a multi business/multinational. /liliExperience interfacing with all levels of the organization including senior and executive level management. /liliGood knowledge of accounting standards: US GAAP and Swiss law. /liliSAP FICO - Proficiency in advanced Excel, BI/BW tools. /liliEnglish is a must, other languages would be beneficial. /liliStrong analytical skills and business acumen. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
