Spare Parts & Purchasing Warehouse Manager

At Randstad Professional, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Spare Parts & Purchasing Warehouse Manager to oversee critical logistics and procurement operations for our client, a prominent multinational in the industrial sector. Based in Leganés, this is a key role designed for a leader who excels in inventory accuracy and efficient supply chain coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, managing workloads, schedules, and individual performance.
* Direct all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while ensuring accuracy and minimal damage.
* Oversee inventory control through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and the optimization of reorder points.
* Lead the purchasing order management process by liaising with diverse suppliers for ordering and follow-up.
* Identify operational errors and resolve root causes through the implementation of standard work procedures.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments and customers to resolve issues and maintain high warehouse standards.
* Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure, compliant environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Proven supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or spare parts environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a cooperative approach.
* Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
* Deep focus on accuracy, efficiency, cost control, and "Right First Time" delivery.
* Commitment to health, safety, and team development.
* English language: C1 level minimum.
* French language: B2 level highly valued.
