We are looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Exclusive to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area.
This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Tasks
* Support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties
* Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb,, direct bookings, etc.)
* Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay
* Assist with organising check-ins and check-outs
* Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams
* Ensure properties are well-presented and meet quality standards
* Help resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner
* Support maintaining good relationships with property owners
Requirements
* Previous experience in rentals is essential (short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
* Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Good knowledge of the Marina Alta area is an advantage
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required
* Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
* Languages: Spanish and English required; additional languages will be valued
