We are looking for a MICE Sales Manager, to our sales department at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella-Estepona (Spain) .
Main responsibilities
* Design and implement strategic business plans (for MICE accounts ) that expands, builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* The position is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities within the different markets.
* Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
* Achieves personal and group sales goals for the sales department.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotels as sales manager.
* Good knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
* High level of English written and spoken.
