The Role
At Permisso, you aren't just "writing code"—you are designing the financial architecture of Europe. As a member of our cross-functional product teams, you will:
* Build & Scale: Develop new features for our real-time data analysis platform, AI products or low-code/no-code tools that allow our customers to integrate our services seamlessly.
* Engineering Excellence: Write maintainable, well-tested code. We value Software Testing as a fundamental part of our development lifecycle to ensure long-term product stability.
* Collaborate: Work closely with designers and fellow engineers to solve complex data and scalability problems.
* Iterate: Use market feedback to refine the product, focusing on UX and velocity.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 4+ years of experience, ideally in startup environments where you’ve seen different ways of building products.
* Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and a deep commitment to Software Quality.
* Mindset: You are highly motivated, unafraid of taking risks, and ready to take on responsibilities in your daily work.
* Communication: Full professional proficiency in English and a desire to give and receive open, direct feedback.
Compensation & Perks
* Base Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 (Based on seniority and standardized via our career ladder).
* Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual variable pay (paid every six months).
* Equity: Phantom Shares - we want you to have a real stake in our growth and a share in the success of an exit or IPO.
* Time Off: 26 days total (23 days vacation + your Birthday + Dec 24th & 31st).
