We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management to support strategic transformation initiatives, who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers in banking sector.

The role will focus on defining Target Operating Models (TOM), designing business processes, supporting product sign-off, and ensuring effective validation during testing phases.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, validated, and implemented.
Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.
Define and design the Target Operating Model aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
Document TOM components including workflows, roles, controls, and service models.
Business Process & Procedure Mapping
Elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes within the Wealth Management lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, portfolio management, client servicing, reporting).
Ensure business requirements are complete, validated, and approved by key stakeholders.
Facilitate review sessions and obtain formal business sign-off for deliverables.
Testing & Validation Design Support
Collaborate with QA and business teams to design testing and validation strategies .
Define business test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation rules.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating business stakeholders and resolving defects.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and regulatory expectations
Strong experience in Wealth Management (e.g., portfolio management, advisory, client onboarding, regulatory processes).
Business Analysis Skills
Excellent requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
Testing & Governance
Experience supporting UAT, validation frameworks, and product sign-off processes .
Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing lifecycle .
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Confluence, Jira).
