To support the future growth of Bicentury, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager while taking ownership and autonomy in managing the brand strategy.
This role is ideal for a professional with 8+ years of experience who wants to grow within the Marketing team, contributing both strategically and hands-on to new opportunities for the brand.

Role Mission
Lead the strategic development and growth of the Bicentury brand, driving business performance across key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, profitability, and brand equity), while shaping the innovation pipeline and communication strategy.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Performance
* Define and lead the mid- to long-term brand strategy
* Drive overall business performance across key metrics: sell-in, sell-out, market share, profitability, and brand funnel
* Translate data and insights (consumer, shopper, market) into actionable growth plans
* Build and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Innovation & Product Development
* Own and drive the innovation pipeline (new product development, renovations, and extensions)
* Work closely with R&D and factory teams, ensuring alignment between consumer needs, brand positioning, and technical feasibility
* Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches
Brand Communication & Activation
* Define brand positioning and lead the 360º communication strategy (ATL, digital, in-store)
* Manage and brief external partners (creative, strategic, media, and digital agencies) to ensure best-in-class execution
* Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all brand touchpoints
Cross-functional & International Collaboration
* Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders: Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production
* Collaborate with international teams/markets, ensuring alignment and scalability of brand initiatives
* Manage and align external partners to deliver against business and brand objectives
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 people
* Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and ownership-driven environment
* Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Performance & Analytics
* Monitor and analyze brand and business KPIs
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
* Identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in FMCG marketing
* Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager role
* Strong track record in brand building, innovation, and go-to-market execution
* Solid understanding of business performance drivers and xkdbapo key commercial KPIs
* Experience working cross-functionally, including with production/factory teams
* Experience managing agencies and external partners
* International exposure or experience working with global/regional teams is a plus
* Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking
* Fluent in Spanish and English
