Your role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring academic and commercial excellence.
Lead and inspire a team by creating a motivating and inclusive environment.
Boost enrolment and loyalty through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Foster strong relationships with families and the local community, promoting our mission and values.
What you need
Previous experience in education, retail or team management (school management, store manager, assistant manager, etc.).
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, focused on customers and building business relationships.
Languages at a professional proficiency level: Catalan, English and Spanish.
Monday to thursday 3pm to 8.30pm and friday 3pm to 8.00pm
