Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Head of Vendor Management and category managers with data-driven analysis across the supplier lifecycle for maintenance vendors. You will monitor performance, track savings, and develop dashboards to enable cost optimization and continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare business cases and reports for senior management, and contribute to digitalization and data quality initiatives using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. This position sits within Vueling's MRO and procurement ecosystem, supporting strategic supplier management in a fast-paced aviation context.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide analytical and operational support across the full SPM lifecycle for non-critical maintenance suppliers
- Identify, analyze, and track cost-saving initiatives across maintenance categories aligned with CATPLAN
- Deliver structured analyses, dashboards, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Monitor supplier performance (SLA, KPIs, cost deviations, savings validation, potential claims) with technical/maintenance teams
- Support supplier risk assessment and continuous improvement with non-critical vendors
- Prepare business cases, savings reports, and management presentations for stakeholders and senior management
- Coordinate with IAG GBS Procurement on data analysis, RFP support, and savings tracking for non-critical suppliers
- Contribute to SPM digitalization initiatives (CATPLAN, dashboards, reporting automation, data quality) using Excel, Power BI, TableauResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management)
- Desirable experience in Airlines Maintenance, supplier management, procurement support, or contract administration
- Desirable experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects with technical, commercial and financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Ability to create clear, structured reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders
